Partnerships
ACG-Security has entered into strategic alliances with other companies to allow
additional growth and business development in some of its specialty areas. We are
currently partnered with the Immersive Media Company (www.immersivemedia.com). This
partnership was established to provide immersive media products and services to
the U.S. Government and other commercial clients.
In 2006, the Company was awarded a $1.6M contract by the US Army Rapid Equipping
Force (REF) to take geo-referenced, immersive COTS technology, harden it for combat,
innocuously fielded in plain sight, and deploy a proof of concept to Iraq in support
of the Joint Counter Improvised Explosive Device Destruction Organization (JIEDDO)
as an Immersive Video Route Reconnaissance System (IVRRS). ACG-Security is working
in close collaboration with Immersive Media, Inc. and Pivot3 on this project.
